Invacare’s G-Series beds deliver new and innovative features that further meet patients’ needs. The G-Series bed complies with the international standard for hospital bed safety and essential performance, IEC 60601-2-52. With the G-Series bed, you will have the peace of mind that your bed frame, mattress and rails have passed stringent tests to ensure the highest standard for patient safety in the homecare and long-term care environments. Invacare beds, mattresses and rails, excluding therapeutic support surfaces and bariatric beds, when used as a system and sold new after August 1, 2007, meet the voluntary FDA Guidelines for bed rail entrapment. SHIPPING:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

(Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may be more expensive. if there is any changes in shipping rates for these two locations upon processing your order, we will contact you to further advise of your options.)

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1: processing time.
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Processing time usually takes 24-48 hours.

2: shipping time.

Once an order has shipped (24 to 72 hours) You will receive an email with the tracking number and the package should deliver to you within 5 business days.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30-day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.

To qualify for a return you will need to contact us first and obtain a RA# and return address at [email protected] and or simply open up a chat with a live agent on the website at anytime.

All items must come back in their original packaging and in good/unused condition and must be received back at the warehouse prior to 30 days of order placed. (Please be sure to request within 3 weeks so we can have it back within the time window)
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the order.

We do not currently offer returns for:

  • Wheelchair cushions & support accessories
  • Custom orders (products stated to be a custom Item)
  • Any Parts
  • Any Accessories
  • Slings for lifts

in case you receive your Item damaged, we require that you get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damages in order to consider it damage upon delivery.

If the package is refused at the time of delivery, then the customer will still be responsible for the restocking and shipping fees as any regular return to ensure that we don’t suffer the losses.

Additional Notes:

It is Important to take note  that while we do offer free shipping on many items above $99 however in the recent months the healthcare Industry has shifted and Manufacturers started placing high shipping costs on us giving us no choice to add shipping charges to all such brands. however, we only add 60% of the shipping charges to you. in addition we have also added many great discounts available as well as cash back rewards on every purchase which can later be used in your account for future purchases.

Please note that certain brands may experience a slight additional delay from the general shipping terms seasonally especially if Items are specialty items.  your kind patience is much appreciated. 
** Custom Items / Orders **
by ordering any item stated to be a custom product Please note that we are unfortunately unable to cancel such orders after 48 hours of placing the order (when production begins) and we cannot unfortunately accept any returns on custom products. in case of any damages and or defects we will work closely with you to get the product to work and send out the proper parts and we will ensure that things get resolved quick for you to be able to enjoy the product!

Please note that all returns must be shipped back to us within 72 hours of receiving the return label or the return authorization. If the item is not sent out within 72 hours of return approval, especially if the item comes back after the 30 days expires we will no longer be able to accept the return and the customer will be required to arrange for the item to be picked back up from us.
